for Porn Films
I draw, paint, create short videos and direct commercial pornography. The paintings I create for my porn films function as a personal manifestation of how I perceive sexual energy in its purest form: visceral, organic and transcendent.
On the porn set, the art work functions as a catalyst between director and performers, resulting in a dynamic collaboration between the porn stars and the artist. After the movie is complete, the project as a whole functions to stimulate further collaboration among artists invoking not only discourse, but further physical exploration, taking form as a hybrid of pornography, experimental sound, image and animation.
